To maintain a calm and intimate atmosphere within the treatment suite, only the scheduled guest may attend the appointment. Hair Extension Policy
Botanical Bliss Head Spa treatments focus on therapeutic scalp care and require full access to the scalp. For this reason, we are unable to perform head spa services on guests wearing hair extensions of any type (including tape-in, sew-in, bonded, or micro-link methods). Scalp Health
For the safety of our guests, services cannot be performed if there are open wounds, active infections, lice, or contagious scalp conditions present. Hair Condition & Product Buildup
Head spa treatments are designed to focus on scalp health and relaxation. If hair arrives severely tangled, matted, or with excessive product buildup, additional preparation time may be required or the service may need to be modified or rescheduled. Long or Very Thick Hair
Guests with very long or extremely thick hair may require additional time for proper cleansing and treatment. Services may be adjusted to maintain the day’s schedule. Makeup & Clothing
Head spa treatments involve water, botanical products, and scalp massage. While every effort is made to keep guests comfortable and protected, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and minimal makeup, as moisture or products may occasionally come into contact with the hairline. Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
If you are pregnant or have medical conditions affecting the scalp or skin, please inform us when booking so we can ensure the treatment is appropriate. Results Disclaimer
